Just got back from seeing Meat Loaf live!!! Oh my God it was so awesome. The old bastard's still going strong, still rocking... brilliant! Opened with "Out of the Frying Pan", surprisingly... the encore was no surprise, "I Would Do Anything For Love" and "Bat Out of Hell". Totally amazing.

I had an incredibly weird dream last night. One of my highschool teachers, Mr Neil Devanney, locked me inside a small box in sombody's front yard in Nunawading. It was in the evening, and everything was dark, but I could still see quite well. When my alarm went off to wake me up, I still thought it was night, so I thought it was my 10pm alarm reminding me to take the pill. The last bit of the dream I remember before waking up is yelling "If I get pregnant, it's your fault!" to Mr Devanney, because I couldn't take the pill while I was in the box.

The night before last I dreamed about a big black spider. My mother was there, she had a sharpened stick and she kind of harpooned the spider on it. Stuck that stick right through it's fat, bulbous gut.

I am at work and I do not want to be here. I feel awful. I threw up this morning at 5.37, no idea why. I still feel yuck. I wish I knew why, I haven't eaten anything out of the ordinary. I want to go home.

Just got home from Paul's party... which was last night. That's a long party! Geez it was fun, but! There were fewer people than expected, but those who were there were pretty cool. I have to say I'm going to miss Paul - I'll still see him online of course, but it's been really good to catch up with him in the flesh, so to speak.

It's so hot in Melbourne today! Top of 41, hottest it's been in ages I reckon. Sweating like a god damned pig.

Cash and cards stolen from my wallet. From work. There wasn't much cash, whoever it was must have been desperate to scrounge those few loose coins. Not to mention going through my bag in clear view of anybody else around. It's so frustrating. It had to be somebody I work with.

My bloody toilet's buggered! The cistern won't fill, it keeps just draining right through into the bowl. Dad advised I thump it, that worked once, but not after that. So I've got a plumber coming tomorrow - apparently an out of order toilet does not count as an emergency so they can't send someone out tonight. Thank God Cossack lives upstairs. His toilet! Or, of course, the old fashioned "bucket" method. Either way, it ain't no fun having a buggered loo.

There are many things to love about having sex. I won't mention the obvious because it's, well, obvious. But I will mention the inflated sense of self-esteem. Having sex makes me feel attractive and desireable. Not just during sex, either, but sometimes for several days or even a week afterwards. On one occasion, I went to work "glowing" and was asked if I'd gotten laid last night. Apparently I glowed for two days.

God, last night was funny! We went to the Hawthorn and Darren got kicked out at 9.20pm for being too drunk.

Two Pauls. How confusing. Paul is Paul, Wasdrogan is Cossack's mate Paul.

Anyway, Paul's party thing last night was a lot of fun. There were only 7 of us, I was expecting more, but everyone was great (except Luke, but he doesn't count), and we all had a lot of fun. By my calculations I had 6 vodka & oranges, and 4 cowboys. We went to about 3 different bars. Got home about 3am. Had 3 hours of sleep. Good night!

Well well well, the prodigal son has returned home. That is to say, Paul's back in Australia. There is a booze-up tonight at which my presence is apparently required. Should be fun. Then there's his going away party on Feb 13th, and he vanishes again!

Can't believe it's Sunday and February already! Time goes so quickly. That's good though - much better than dragging! Having a quiet weekend, not doing anything much. It makes a nice change, but I wouldn't want to do it every weekend! Just chilling out, listening to music.

Wasdrogan's arriving on Wednesday, staying for a week or two weeks or something. Should be a lot of fun.
