Seems like half the bloody coalition deaths so far in Iraq have been accidents! Michael Kelly died in a "military vehicle accident", there have been incidents of so-called friendly fire (although I don't think any fire is very friendly), and aircraft accidents. Gross incompetence, that's what I call it! Also rather hilarious (no offence intended to anybody who has loved ones over there or who has lost loved ones - personally I'm totally uninvolved, and I tend to look at it objectively). I wonder if the Iraqis have actually killed any of ours yet?!
