Ho hom, here I is again. Working on a public holiday, why oh why do I do this to myself? Oh yeah, the money. It's so quiet in here, nothing really happening... I should have stayed home! Aidan and I departed for work this morning leaving a friend snoozing on our couch, I was very jealous. We had a couple of very good friends over yesterday for my non-birthday. Trivial Pursuit and our own version of Monopoly. Always fun!

Hey Stace! I have the same feeling as you do even though it's not a public holiday.
I hate Mondays, especially today.
Menchie, I feel a bit like Brenda Spencer sometimes!!! I don't like Mondays...

so over work.....
Public holidays/weekends are meaningless
I love those games!!! I played snap and fish with my boy Nicholas before he went on to stay at a friends'house last night. My big boy Tom is up the Murray skiing with his aunt and uncle. So it is just the girls and I here today.
I usually work PH but hubby is working setting up at Avalon for the up coming Airshow. He won't earn as much as I do for my PH rates as a Div 1, but it will be a good experience setting up for such a great event.
I got to sleep in, until 9am when my girls jumped all over me waking me up :)
Yuck...working holidays or weekends! What public holiday is it/was it, Stacy? I remember working a couple of Saturdays when I worked in a factory on an assembly line and it felt like slow-time torture! But I worked every other Saturday at the library and those just flew by! *smile*
Jewel - it was Labour Day here, but only in this state - that's why somebody had to work, we're a national company and most of our customers are interstate and don't share that holiday!
