What a complete non-surprise. I still haven't been paid for the week before last. This is exactly what I want out of a job, and I love getting up early in the cold of this god-forsaken city to go to work for somebody who can't remember or can't afford to pay me. Would it be really petty to call my boss and say I'm not coming in until I've been paid for the last two weeks? I need a new job. I do like my current job, and I like my boss as a person. But I simply don't trust her as a manager! Does anybody have any jobs going?

Thanks Althea. I'm cutting down on choc, but maybe a few beers would be good. I'm turning into such an alcoholic since I moved here! haha
OH THE TEA!!! Yes there was tea there yesterday....so much tea too...it was lovely. I had this stuff called "White Dragon". It was great.
I actually have a tea collection here at uni...I think last count is close to 10 different types...love the tea too...
Never heard of White Dragon, I'll have to look for it. My last count at home I had about 10 different types of tea, too :)

A couple of jobs going at my work that would suit you.
But driving 5 hours each way to go to work could be a touch excessive!

That's awful Stace! I think you should march right up to your boss and ask about your paycheck. You're within your rights to get paid on time.
It's ok Menchie, I got paid :) My boss changed my pay from weekly to fortnightly and forgot to tell me. hehe
