Ok, Jewel has tagged me, and I must put here "15 things I'm not afraid to admit". It could be difficult to come up with 15 things you don't already know, but here goes...

1. I love Meat Loaf. The musician, not the meal. I saw him in concert a few years ago, it was awesome.

2. I have attempted to lick my own elbow.

3. I don't like Dan Brown, for literary reasons.

4. I'm enough of a geek to love text-based online games. No fancy-schmancy visuals for me!

5. I'd much rather read a book than go to a nightclub.

6. I had a crush on David Tennant ten years before anybody else. By the time he was Dr Who, I was over him.

7. I neglect my fingernails terribly. What's a nail file?!

8. I don't care to have matching furniture or a tidy house. I LIVE here, for goodness sake, it's not a show home.

9. I'm clumsy. But I have a medical excuse. Labyrinthitis. Never heard of it?? You're lucky.

10. I don't get the hype about Guitar Hero. It looks lame, and I'm not even slightly tempted to try it.

11. I still wish I could go to Hogwarts. I would totally be in Gryffindor.

12. My idealism constantly battles with my cynicism. Sadly, cynicism usually wins.

13. I have three thick dark hairs growing near my belly button. No matter how many times I pull them out, they always seem to grow back!

14. I hate shoes. Shoe-removal is the first thing I do when I get home.

15. I hate the colour orange.

Glad you went to the hospital..post below there. Everything seems to be going so well otherwise, I am so thrilled for you both still, and I told my hubby about my friends in Canberra having a baby and he said he was wrapped too... how could we not be :)
Now, I love Meatloaf too...and my fav colour is..orange, lol

A nail file is one of those storage devices where there are a lot of draws and you can file your nails in them depending on size or metal used or galvanisation, or however you want.

First of all, let me say that I adore and appreciate the GIANT FONT.

Secondly, I cannot erase the image of the three thick dark hairs growing near your belly button ...must make navel gazing awkward.

Thirdly, I love Meatloaf (I must be right out of my mind), can't lick my elbows,
love Brown because he has short paragraphs and chapters,
don't play online games,
would rather watch public TV programming,
don't know who Tennant is,
take immaculate care of my nails,
*takes breath

would like to re-arrange all of my furniture every week,
am sorry to hear about your Labyrinthitis..knew that it had something to do with the inner ear and not the Bowie movie,
my kids LOVE Guitar Hero & Rock Band but I'm a total spaz,
*breath

have never read one sentence of any Potter..I know I know,
there's no ISM like Cynicism, follow St Hubbins..the patron Saint of quality footwear (Spinal Tap reference),
can wear bright Orange but I am a Winter so Red is better.

Thanks for this info & for your support
XX OO.

What have nails got to do with fingers?

Donnnnn... I can never tell who you are anymore :( lol

Andrew - nothing! That's the mistake I've been making!
(What does a whelk have to do with a supernova?!)

thanks for participating, Stace! You are such a good sport! I don't particularly care for orange as a decorating color or clothing but I love it in the fall colors of nature.
I've read two of Dan Brown's lesser known books...Deception Point and Digital Fortress...they were awesome. Would you believe I just couldn't get into Angels and Demons or....and now I have a mind blank but you know which one I'm referring to.
I don't lavish care on my nails but I do keep them trimmed and keep my cuticles pushed back. *grin*
I tried to lick my elbow once after receiving this kooky email from someone. LOL
I'd rather read a good book than do just about anything else.
Oh, and I can sooo relate to the shoes! I NEVER wear shoes at home but I HAVE to when I go outside. I'm just waiting for the day when I can go barefoot outside again and wiggle my toes in the soft grass. Hopefully, by next spring!! *fingers crossed*
