How to tell my friends don't listen to me

The following questions are real questions asked me by a friend I've known online for a couple of years and who I speak to quite often.

"How is your boyfriend?"
"I'm in Wellington, NZ. Do you want to meet up while I'm here?"
"Are you working now?"
